Imagine going to work at 7 am in the morning and having the whole morning to yourself, only to start teaching at 12.25...weeee!!!

So far, my circle of friends consists only of Mazlan, Sameerah, Liza, Saifullah and Ms Wang. I don't even get to be 'chummy' with the other form teacher of my form class. Understandably, everybody is busy with their own work. Howell...

FQ!!!!!!!! Please come over quick! I need you!!! I want to go to the aunty tailor at Bedok Reservoir with you!!! I want to sit while eating ice-cream at the Bedok Reservoir Park with you can?

On a different note, hubby and I went to Terminal 3 last Sunday. Just checking out his future work place. It's huge! More like a shopping centre. Whatever you might find at Tampines Mall or whatever mall, you'd find them at Terminal 3 and MORE! There's even a hotel coming up for heaven's sake...

There were hordes of 'touristy' looking people. We found out later (eavesdropped and heard they were speaking in our typically Singapore accent...) that they were locals.
Another group of people, it seemed, even had a guide. I reckon, when the novelty has worn off, Term 3 would probably be like Vivo. It's less crowded now than when it was first opened. Nowadays, we'd usually 'hang out' at our 'favourite' trio - Ikea, Courts and Giant. During the school hols last December, we'd make our way there almost every week. Ikea is my fave becos of the free coffee (i know...cheapskate!)...aahh...the perks of being an Ikea member. After that, we'd go to Giant to do a little grocery shopping. So now that he's gonna work at the airport and gets 10% discount on items bought at the airport shops, i'd probably ask him to buy stuff there instead.

But then again, will have to cut down on our spending. Things are getting pricier by the day. Nothing's going down...

I can't wait for year's end. Hopefully, by then, everything will be back to normal. If it comes sooner, the better. InsyaAllah...
